royalty-free license to host, use, reproduce, modify, and display that content as necessary to provide
the Service. You agree not to submit content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, or that violates
privacy or other rights.
Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to: attempting to gain unauthorized access to the
Service, transmitting malware or spam, harassing other users, or using the Service to commit or
facilitate unlawful activity.
7. Paid Service
The app contains paid features that a user can use only after making a payment. Features are described in the app.
When making purchase make sure you have entered your data correctly, otherwise we are not responsible for anything happened to you because of your mistakes.
You have the right to request refund only with the right reasons. Since the subscription is handled by app store every
purchase related things will be redirect to play store and follow the respective platform's policy.
Sharing premium account, abusing premium features, and other illegal acts will cause account termination.
8. AI Chat Disclaimer
Our AI chat is designed to assist with general information and entertainment. It may not always provide accurate responses.
Do not rely on AI output for medical, legal, or financial decisions.
9. Intellectual Property
All right, title, and interest in the Service (excluding user-generated content) are and will remain the
exclusive property of ExyRead and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and
other laws. You may not remove or alter any proprietary notices from the Service.

ExyRead. We are not responsible for those third-party services and do not endorse them. Your
interactions with third parties are solely between you and the third party.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, including if you
violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Sections
that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and
limitations of liability) will survive.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent
permitted by law, ExyRead disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability,
fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will ExyRead, its officers, directors, employees, or
agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out
of or related to your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for claims arising out of or relating
to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to ExyRead in the 12 months before
the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) $100.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold ExyRead harmless from any claim, demand, loss, liability, or expense
(including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your
content, or your breach of these Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where
ExyRead is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree to submit to the
personal jurisdiction of the courts located within that jurisdiction for disputes.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, that provision will
be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the Terms remain in full force and effect.
